A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 24, 2023, beginning at 11:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 1:00pm. Interment will immediately follow. All services will be held at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home, 290 Goodman Road East, Southaven, MS, 38671.
Kenneth Dewey Taylor was born on March 20, 1942, in Jackson, Mississippi to Balmer and Viola Taylor. He was a member of Lake Forest Baptist Church. Elvis Presley movies and music brought him so much joy. He loved fishing, western movies, Casinos, cheeseburgers and drinking Coca-Cola. Ole Miss and The New Orleans Saints was his favorite football teams.
He leaves behind his loving wife of over 40 years; Stella Taylor, Sister; Linda Berg (John), Children; Rickey Taylor (Debby), Deborah Taylor (Jeff), Danny Taylor, Estella Schools (Gregory), Gumesindo Amaya, Mandy Nemanis (Mindaugus), Victoria Boothe (Micheal), 10 Grandchildren; and 13 Great-Grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his parents; Balmer & Viola Taylor, stepson; Jerry Turman, Sister; Alice Patrick, and Brother; Ronnie Taylor.
