Wilton Travis Hood, Jr.,
43, was born August 15, 1973 in Clarksdale, MS and passed away May 19, 2017 at Baptist Memorial Hospital – DeSoto. He grew up in Drew, MS, graduated from NorthSunflower Academy, and farmed with his dad before moving to Southaven. Mr. Hood was a truck driver for Kroger for five years. He enjoyed watching movies and football, learned to love softball, and whatever his boys were into; he was into. Mr. Hood was a dedicated husband and father. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Shea Hood; two sons, Trace Hood and Gage Hood; father, Wilton Hood, Sr.; one sister, Marydelle Hood; grandmother, Odell Hood; one aunt, Mary Rose McCormick; father -in-law and mother-in-law, Thomas and Myrtis Logan; and one brother-in-law, Trea Logan and his wife, Crystal. He was preceded in death by his mother, Suzanne Manning Hood. The graveside service will be
