WILLIAM BAILEY “BUZZ” SPENCER, JR.,
66, retired construction worker, was born May 5, 1950 in Memphis, TN and passed away June 10, 2016 at Baptist Memorial Hospital – DeSoto in Southaven, MS. Mr. Spencer was a member of Abundant Life Tabernacle. He and his wife, Shannon, shared a love for dancing and he taught his daughter to dance. Buzz loved woodworking, going to shows and selling what he made. He loved seeing people enjoy what he created with his hands. He is survived by his wife of 5 years, Shannon Bockhold Spencer of Horn Lake; one son, James Matthew Spencer of Horn Lake; one daughter, Christin Smith and her husband, Mark of Cherry Valley, AR; one brother and two sisters from Michigan; four grandchildren, Tyler Spencer and Trevor Spencer, who he was helping raise, and Heath Smith and Boe Smith; three uncles, James Glosson, Jay Glosson, and Bo Glosson; and his best friends, Lockey and Goldie Beasley. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Paulette
Spencer; one son, Billy Spencer
; parents, Bailey and Alice Spencer; and his grandparents, who raised him, Granddaddy and Grandmama Glosson. Visitation will be
