Vivian Lois Fitzgerald

Vivian Lois Fitzgerald, age 56, of Memphis, passed away Sunday, November 5, 2023 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis.   She was born in Houston, TX on December 16, 1966 to the late Roger Wilkie, Sr. and Delores Amburn Dunlap.

Vivian loved anything technology related, as well as her cats and dogs.  Vivian loved helping to take care of people.  She was known to take people off the street to help them and feed them and had shown love to those that were never shown love before.  Vivian dropped out of school in the nineth grade and later received her GED.  After that, she went to AIU and earned her associate degree in business administration, then later she earned her Bachelors Degree in Information Technology.   She also went to cosmetology school.  She worked hard to provide for her children, who were her whole world.

In addition to her parents, Vivian is preceded in death by her husband Bobby Fitzgerald, brother Roger Wilkie, Jr., and sister Debbie Moss.

Vivian will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Erika Mathis and Amanda King (Hugh), grandchildren Cieara Boyd, Earnest Boyd III, Victoria Boyd, Marvin Eric Jones III, Lelyn King, Landyn King, Chance King, and Isaac King, great-grandchildren Calani Williams and Autumn Jones, sisters April Drey and Elizabeth Willoughby, and brother Paul Stasiulis, and her caregiver Angela Nation.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023 at Twin Oaks Funeral Home from 5:00 pm until the time of the memorial service at 6:00 pm.
