53, of New Albany, MS, was born February 4, 1964 in Memphis, TN and passed away September 1, 2017 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis. He enjoyed gardening and loved his dogs and horses. Troy was a devoted caregiver to his “Granny Nerzie” whom he loved so much. He is survived by his parents, Charlie and Vickie Smith of Olive Branch, MS; one sister, Tina Fisher of Memphis; one stepsister, Lee Ann Roman and her husband, Leno of Millington, TN; one stepbrother, Tim Smith and his wife, Karen of Walls, MS; close friends, who he considered his “second family” Steve Crausby and his family of New Albany and Lucy Melton of St. Louis, MO; and his beloved dog, Willie.
