Selma “Judy” Jones passed away on Monday, July 03, 2023, at the age of 76 in Southaven. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 09, 2023, at 2:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at 3:00pm. All services will be held at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home, 290 Goodman Road East, Southaven, MS, 38671.
Selma Lavivian “Judy” Jones was born on March 22, 1947, in Laurel, Mississippi to Sidney and Hazel White. Judy was very strong in her Christian faith and was a member of Gracewood Baptist Church in Southaven, Mississippi. She was very loving and enjoyed her independence.
She leaves behind her 3 Sons: Joseph B. Jones (April K. Jones), Stacey E. Jones, Jonny N. Jones (Christy); 7 Grandchildren: Mason, Benjamin, Peyton, Lauren, Cameron, Jacob, & Tristan; 5 Great-Grandchildren; Brother; Jesse David White and a very special close friend; Vicky Roberts.
She is predeceased by her husband of 42 years, Jerry E. Jones.
