Robert L. Wiggins was born in Little Rock, AR on June 26, 1975 and went to be with our Lord on August 20, 2017. He is survived by his parents, Michael and Deborah Wiggins of Southaven, MS; one brother, Michael Wiggins, Jr. of Arlington, TN; and one sister, Destiny Wiggins of Southaven, MS. Inurnment will be Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 3 p.m. at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens in Southaven.
