Morene Mccullar

Mrs. Morene McCullar, 93, passed away on July 14, 2021, at her home in Olive Branch, MS. Family will be receiving friends on Monday, July 19, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a service following visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Twin Oaks Funeral Home (290 Goodman Road East Southaven, MS 38671). Interment will be held at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. McCullar was born on January 18, 1928, in Paris, MS. She was a member of Church Road Baptist Church in Horn Lake, MS. She loved spending her time fishing and playing rook at the Senior Center. She enjoyed watching her Memphis Grizzlies, Memphis Tigers, and ice hockey. Morene worked in Shalton Old Spice for 30 years.

Morene is survived by two children, Robert McCullar (Lorie) and Brenda Harwood (Richard); two grandchildren, John Logan McCullar and Sara Harwood; great-grandchildren, Hayden, Sebastian, Charlee, Emberlynn; a sister-in-law, Gladys McCullar;

Mrs. McCullar was preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, John Duncan McCullar; two brothers, Harold and Harry Moorhead; and one sister, Mikie Webster.
