Michelle Hylander

Michelle Hylander, age 51, passed away June 23, 2022, in Southaven, Mississippi. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 01, 2022, at 11:00am, followed by a Funeral Service in her honor at 1:00pm with a Graveside service immediately following. All services will be held at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home, 290 Goodman Road E., Southaven, Mississippi, 38671.

Ms. Hylander was born on December 17, 1970, in Memphis, Tennessee to Richard Hylander and Valeria Canada. She was a devoted Christian of the Assembly of God faith. Michelle enjoyed swimming, softball, and fishing. She loved dancing on the junior high drill team. She had a love for quilting with her mother and being a caretaker to others, but most of all she loved being a mother and only wanted the best for her children.

Michelle leaves behind her Four Children; Michael Hylander, Corbin Williams, Kala Knox and Jordan Michelle Hylander Fiancé; Douglas Dewayne Williams, Mother; Valeria Canada, Step Father; Paul Canada, Three Grandchildren; Jonathan Michael Steele, Daniel James Steele, Brianna Joanne Nicole Knox, Two Siblings; Richard Bailey Hylander and Angela Hylander, Step Brother; Chris Canada, Two Aunts; Patricia Goodman & Gloria Steele, One Nephew; Matt Hylander, Two Nieces; Brittany Carroll & Brandy Fountain, and her Grandfather; Joseph Albert Mabe.

She is preceded in death by her Father; Richard Bailey Hylander Sr., Grandmothers; Rosetta Mabe and Pearl Hylander, Grandfather; F.M. Hylander and Cousin; Dean Goodman.
