Mary Biffle Campbell, affectionately known as "Biff," passed away peacefully at her home in Lake Cormorant, MS, on May 18, 2024. Born on December 15, 1934, in Ridgley, TN, Biff lived a remarkable life filled with kindness, love, and unforgettable memories.
Biff dedicated over years of her life to serving her community through her work at the IRS. Her commitment and dedication left a lasting impact on those around her. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Biff will be remembered for her kind spirit and unwavering love and acceptance towards others.
A graduate and salutatorian of her high school class, Biff's adventurous spirit shone through even in her early years when she took a live snake for show and tell, earning herself some unforgettable memories.
Her personality was defined by generosity as she never hesitated to take in strays and showered her loved ones with affection through her delicious cooking. Biff had a passion for sewing, reading, and taking chances at the Fitz with gambling and lottery tickets.
Biff's proudest accomplishments were undoubtedly her children. She leaves behind a legacy of love and strength to her surviving family: children Mary Donna (Alicia) Adams, Cyreese Householder, Liz (Bobby) Proctor, Renee (Ronnie) Long; grandchildren Donny Adams, Drew Cozart, Tommy Campbell, Christopher Campbell, Whitney Hayes, Candace Hill, Jonathan Anderson; as well as 14 great-grandchildren. In addition to her family members, Biff also leaves behind friends and extended family who cherished her presence.
She is now reunited with her parents in the afterlife and joined by her beloved husband Don Campbell. The impact of Biff's life will continue to ripple through the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing such a remarkable woman.
Services to honor and celebrate Biff's life will be held at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home in Southaven on May 28th - Visitation at 12:00 PM followed by the Funeral Service at 1:00 PM and Burial at 2:00 PM.
