Margaret Bloodworth passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2023, at the age of 77 in Southaven, Mississippi. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at 10:00am, followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00am at Desoto Hills Baptist Church, 4680 Getwell Road, Southaven, MS, 38671. A Graveside service will begin at 2:00pm at Smith Cemetery, near 2019 Rosebloom Road, Scobey, MS, 38953.

Margaret Puckett Bloodworth

was born on March 19, 1946, Memphis, Tennessee to William and Margaret Puckett. Margaret was very strong in her faith she was a member of Desoto Hills Baptist Church for many years. She loved her church family and singing in the choir. She was very loving and cared for everyone she met. She will be dearly missed.

She leaves behind 2 children; Michael & David Bloodworth, 3 Grandchildren; Christian Parker, Allie Mae Bennett (Matthew) and Michael “Blake” Bloodworth, 1 Brother; Harvey Puckett.

She was preceded in death by her parents William & Margaret Puckett and Husband of 37 years, Wayne Bloodworth.
