Lori Lynn Stone, 50, went home on Saturday, February 29, 2020. A celebration of life will be held at Nesbit American Legion Post 1990 on March 21, 2020 starting at 1:00 p.m. Twin Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Lori Stone was born on September 9, 1969 in Memphis, Tennessee. Lori was also known as little bit. She was a part of the Ladies Auxiliary in The American Legan of 1990 in Nesbit, MS. She loved to garden, pickle, and jar fruits and vegetables with her husband. Everyone could not wait for the season to come by every year to get hands on Lori’s pickling and jarring. She was a member of Mt. Zion Church in Oakville, MO. Lori supported the Alzheimer’s Foundation. She will be greatly missed for the unconditional love she gave, the smile that lit up a room, and the hugs that gave comfort and strength.
She is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Glenn Stone; mother, Betty Lynn Holcomb; 2 sisters, Leslie (Glenn) Curran and Libby (Greg) Ullo; niece, Abby Ullo and nephew, John Curran; with a host of other nieces and nephews and a close group of friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, Larry Holcomb; nephew, Danny Ullo; and grandparents.
