Logan Christopher McCall, father, son, brother, and friend passed away November 29, 2024, in Nesbit, Mississippi, leaving behind a mark on the hearts of everyone fortunate enough to know him. He was 22 years old.
Logan was born January 10, 2002, in Germantown, Tennessee. His kind demeanor, sweetness, and sense of humor were just some of the traits that made him so special. As he grew up, he loved being with his parents and spending time with and making memories with his grandparents. His passion for fishing started at a young age. It was his favorite thing to do, so much that he kept a fishing pole in his car in case he came across the perfect fishing hole.
Logan’s proudest accomplishment was becoming a father to his son, Maverick. The bond between Logan and Maverick was immeasurable and he dedicated himself to being the best father possible.
Logan is loved and forever missed by his mother Misty Moss (Ryan) and father John McCall (Melissa), grandmother Mary Waggener, grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Byron Moss, brothers Landon Piersing, Garrett Moss, and Dean Moss, sister Ava Moss, along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather Michael Waggener, grandfather John Hamby, and grandmother Betty McCall.
A service will be held for Logan Thursday, December 5 at The Carter Memorial Chapel at Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven, Mississippi. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Logan will then be laid to rest at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home.
