Kenneth Dale Fulmar,79, Navy veteran, retired civil engineer, and former Alderman and Mayor of the city of Bartlett, passed away December 20, 2020. He was a proud member of Longview Point Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by parents Dorothy and Robert Fulmar, brothers Ray, Gene, and Robert Fulmar, and sister, Roxie Fulgham.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Pat Fulmar and son, Scott Fulmar, sisters Virginia Swindoll, Dru Burgess, Margaret Henson, Lynn Pearson, and brother, Charlie Fulmar.
Ken’s kind, generous and selfless nature touched countless lives and he will be missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.
