Joyce Ann Odom passed away on January 4, 2023 at her home in The Arbors of Milford, Ohio. She was 76 years old.
During her free time, Joyce found pleasure in watching both Hallmark and classic movies. Her other hobbies included collecting old coins, painting wood crafts and challenging Seek-A-Word puzzles. In her youth, Joyce was an avid cook, beach lover, a Girl Scout leader, and a bowler, once bowling a 300 point game.
Joyce grew up in the White Haven area of Memphis, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her parents Della Geraldine “Gerry” and Howard O. Wallace. She is survived by her daughters: Marge (Steve) Johnston and Amanda (Doug) Yeager and grandchildren: Colleen, Steven, and Ian Johnston, and Sarah (Destry) Harrison and John Yeager.
We are forever thankful for the care and attention she received from the staff at The Arbors in Milford, Ohio. We are grateful to their commitment to her health and well-being over the last four years.
A private family graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2023, at 11:00 am at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that you please make donations to the West Cancer Foundation, serving women with breast cancer in the greater Memphis area.
