John Robert Phillips

John Robert Phillips, age 67, passed away on November 24, 2021, in Southaven, MS. Visitation will be on Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 6:00-8:00 pm. Funeral services will be on Friday, December 3, 2021, at 11:00 am followed by burial. All services will be at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home in Southaven, MS.

Mr. Phillips was born on February 5, 1954, in DeSoto, IL to Harold Phillips and Mary Delleplain. He was a Christian as well as a former minister. He also was a generous donor to several organizations.

John leaves behind his wife of 40 years, Karen Phillips; one child, Christina; three step-children, Larry, Mike and Alicia; grandchildren, David, Dameon, Cody, Josh, Jesse, Nikolai, and Selik; great-grandchildren, Daniel, Brayden, Ryland, River, and Kade; 11 siblings; and special friends, Trina Cottam (Bean) and David Nabors.

He is preceded in death by his great-grandchild, David, Jr.
