JOHN JAMES “JOHNNIE” CAMMER,
89, formerly of Bonneau Beach, SC, was born February 17, 1927 in Charleston, SC and passed away May 22, 2016 at his home in Southaven. Mr. Cammer was a member of First Baptist Church of Bonneau in Bonneau, SC, a member of Forever Young in Southaven, MS; and was a Navy veteran of WWII. He is survived by his wife of 72 years, June Devereaux Cammer of Southaven; two sons, John James Cammer III (Sandy) of Richlands, NC and Dev Cammer (Peggy) of Nokomis, FL; two daughters, Betty “B.J.” Eason of Southaven and Trisha Crain (Leon) of St. Stephen, SC; one sister, Gloria Wyndham; 18 grandchildren, including John Allan Eason of Southaven and Bettyanne Eason Jordan of Tupelo, MS; 24 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
