Jimmy Lee Woods II, 38, of Southaven, Mississippi, passed away Friday, May 24, 2019, in Southaven, MS. Family will be receiving friends on Monday, May 27, 2019 at Twin Oaks Funeral Home (290 Goodman Road East Southaven, MS 38671) from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. also at Twin Oaks Funeral Home. Graveside interment will immediately follow. Twin Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Jimmy leaves behind his parents, Jimmy (Denise) and Dorothy Woods; daughter, Katelyn Vance; sister, Amy Sims; brother, Shane (Stacey) Hardin; and bestfriend and nephew, Hunter Sims.

Jimmy is preceded in death by his grandparents, Olene and Ceba Woods, Ira Hunt and Eddie Armagost; and brother-in-law, Justin (Chunk) Sims.
