Jamie T. Hamric, 80, of Southaven, Mississippi passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at her residence. Twin Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Jamie was born on January 3, 1939 in Ripley, MS. She was a faithful member of colonial Hills Baptist Church where she worked in the nursery for many years. A huge part of her life revolved around her grandchildren and children.
Ms Hamric leaves to cherish her memories; her children, Kim (Stephen) Edwards and Dane Hamric; 4 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild; and sisters, Diane Metrolis, and Jean (Frank) Bowen.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Yolanda Hamric Darby; parents, James Kelly Butler and Dorothy Meeks Roberts; and sister, Linda Enders.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Jude (stjude.org).
