JAMES BAKER,
80, was born August 11, 1935 in Gates, TN and passed away April 22, 2016 at Baptist Restorative Care Hospital in Memphis, TN. Mr. Baker was shop foreman for Air Ground Equipment, retired as senior master sergeant in the Air National Guard after 37 years of service and was a member of Longview Heights Baptist Church in Olive Branch. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Patty Baker of Olive Branch; one son, David Baker of Byhalia, MS; one daughter, Donna Hall and her husband, Don of Olive Branch; one brother, Terry White of Halls, TN; three sisters, Kathy Sills of Halls, Veta Escue of Ripley, TN, and Lou Gooch of Germantown, TN; one aunt, Rena Wheatley of Ripley; two grandchildren, Kristin Pitts and her husband, Justin and Jamie Parker and her husband, Justin; and four great grandchildren, Alaina Pitts, Will Pitts, Jayden Parker, and Jase Parker.
