Jaclyn was preceded in death by her mother Angie Gardner, and grandmother Martha Gardner.
Survivors include her children; Peyton Mansfield, Cayden Gardner, and Colton Gardner, siblings; Roni Campbell and husband Tom, Paige Rogers and husband Jeff, Monica Green and husband Sean, Joe Anoman, Michael Anoman, and Kenneth Gardner, and a numerous nieces and nephews.
