Gerald Glover

January 10, 1958 — June 5, 2018

Mr. Gerald Glover, 60, of Horn Lake, MS passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at his residence in Horn Lake. He was a self-employed painter for most of his adult life. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and doing mechanic work. Mr. Glover also an amazing cook and never followed a recipe when fixing his dishes. He was also known to have quite the green thumb and loved gardening. He was always proud of the peppers he grew, especially the hot variety. Mr. Glover was also extremely intelligent and loved chemistry and science. He was a very talented guitar player and would always play “Stairway to Heaven” for his daughters when they were younger. He loved and adored his family and grandchildren above all else. Mr. Glover will be truly missed, but his memory will continue to be cherished by the family and friends he shared his life with.

Mr. Glover leaves behind his loving companion of twenty-one years, Angela Greene of Horn Lake, MS; mother, Barbara Falcinelli of Horn Lake; two daughters, Erica L G Edwards (Gabriel) of Memphis, TN, and Nataly Anne Powell (James) of Horn Lake; one stepdaughter, Tena Mixon of Horn Lake; one stepson, Chuck Johnson of Horn Lake; one brother, Adam Falcinelli of Horn Lake; three sisters, Rhonda Weigandt (Bill) of Coldwater, MS, Yvonne Willis (Ricky) of Horn Lake, and Melinda Glover of Horn Lake; twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles “Charlie” G. Falcinelli.

A memorial service will be held Friday, June 8, 2018, from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. in the upper room of Colonial Hills Church (7701 Hwy 51 N, Southaven, MS 38671).
