Elsie Mozelle Adams

Elsie Mozelle Adams, 86, was granted her angel wings on March 19, 2021. Family will be receiving friends on Friday, March 26, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with a funeral service starting at 12:00 p.m. at Twin Oaks Funeral Home (290 Goodman Road East Southaven, MS 38671). Interment will follow at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens (290 Goodman Road East Southaven, MS 38671).

Elsie was born on March 10, 1935 in Columbus, Mississippi. She was a faithful member of Cornerstone Church. Elsie enjoyed the simple things in life. She loved to travel when she could and got to experience many things. Elsie was a proud mother and grandmother. She was all about family and would be there when needed. Elsie will truly be missed by her bright smile and warm hugs that many grew to love.

She leaves behind her loving children, Tim Adams (Connie), Doug Adams (Marsha), and Judy Tatum (Johnny); grandchildren, Donna Adams (Chris), Melissa Walker (Doug), TJ Adams (Victoria), and Adam Tatum (Carrie); great-grandchildren, Lexi, Jaimie, Liam, Tyrian, Keena, Orion, Elsie, and Aurora; brother, David Coleman (Kathi); and a host of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Phanes Rayford Adams; parents, George Boling and Mable Mozelle Coleman; granddaughter, Donna Tatum; and brother, Jack Bebee.
