Clara Bell Sutherland

Clara Bell Sutherland, 94, of Horn Lake, MS passed away at Baptist Reynolds Hospice House on Sunday, January 7, 2018. She was born on February 26, 1923 in Choctaw County, MS to the late Elias and Ethel Shaw. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 9 from 10 A.M. until the service begins at 12 P.M. with interment following at Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven. Clara was preceded in death by her husband Wilton “Water Valley” Sutherland, two brothers: Howard Shaw, Clarence Shaw, and sister Eavylee Shaw. She is survived by her daughter, Anita Lyons, son Larry Sutherland, sister: Mildred Mooneyham, 10 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. Flowers are welcome, but memorials can be made to St. Jude Hospital or American Alzheimer’s Association
