CHARLES O’QUIN,
72, was born February 24, 1944 in Cincinnati, OH and passed away August 12, 2016 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, TN. Mr. O’Quin was a member of Carriage Hills Baptist Church in Southaven and the VFW in Southaven. He was a retired Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. After his retirement, he was a self-employed locksmith for Southaven and the surrounding areas. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Carol O’Quin of Southaven; one daughter, Wendy Jane O’Quin Sellers and her husband, Neal of Water Valley, MS; one son, Michael Everett O’Quin and his wife, Lacota of Bristol, TN; one brother, Frank Daniel O’Quin and his wife, Donna of McComb, MS; one sister, Glenda Goodin-Rogers and her husband, Johnny of Moss Point, MS; and seven grandchildren, Ryan Sellers, Calvin Sellers, Payton O’Quin, Zane O’Quin, Caden O’Quin, Preston O’Quin, and Aloreana O’Quin. at Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven. The funeral service will be Tuesday, August 16 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens in Southaven.
