Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Desoto, located in
Southaven
. Mrs. Crane was born April 22, 1944 in Memphis, TN to the late Doyle Wilson Spears and Vera Agnes Greer Spears. She was a hairdresser throughout her adult life and her career was her passion, not just simply a job. She adored her clients and loved them as much as she did her own family. Mrs. Crane was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved her family wholeheartedly and cherished the moments spent making memories with them. According to her family, if one word could be used to describe Mrs. Crane it would be “perfect”. Mrs. Crane departed this world way too soon and will be truly missed by those whom she shared her life with.
Mrs. Crane leaves behind her loving husband of fifty-five years, Mike Crane of Southaven, MS; one son, David Crane and his wife Kim of Southaven, MS; one sister, Faye Kelley of Memphis, TN; two grandchildren, Justin Crane and Casey Roney; and three great-grandchildren, Tyler Roney, Tatum Roney, and Jayden Crane.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Doyle Wilson Spears and Vera Agnes Greer Spear; and one sister, Marie Steadman.
Visitation will be held
Monday, August 6, 2018, from
11:00
A.M. –
1:00 P.M. at Twin Oaks Funeral Home (290 Goodman Rd. E, Southaven, MS 38671), with a graveside service following at
1:00 P.M. Interment will be at
Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens in Southaven, MS.
