Bilbo “Ben” Chamblee, III, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2019 in Horn Lake, Mississippi. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at Twin Oaks Funeral Home (290 Goodman Road East Southaven, MS 38671). Interment will be held at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Greenwood, MS. Twin Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

To know Ben, is to love Ben. He was a friend to everyone. Once you met and got to know him, he would do anything for you. Ben was a natural caregiver. He took weeks, or months to take care of his grandparents, or his step- father, and would do a great job. Anything he did, he did with all his heart. He could always he counted on for an ear to listen, or a hug and embrace. Ben lived his life in total honesty. If he had a thought or feeling, it was expressed- you know without a doubt what he was thinking! May we all learn a lesson from Ben. To live life to the fullest, to live honestly, and to love all we can

Ben is survived by his father, Bilbo (Cobra) Benton Chamblee, Jr; mother, Sandy (Glen) Sue Hooker; brothers, Robert Allan Chamblee and Ray Farmer; and grandmother, Christine Campbell .

Ben is preceded in death by his grandparents, Bilbo Benton Chamblee, Sr., Bobby and Dorothy Barnett.
