Sylvia Denise Clements, 62, of Southaven, MS, passed away on 29 August 2021. She was born to parents Turner Lee (T.L.) Daniels and Sylvia Boring Daniels, on 04 October 1958 in Hammond, Indianna.
She graduated from North Cobb High in 1976. She went on to study Special Education at University of Mississippi and graduated with a bachelor’s degree. Denise worked as a special education teacher for 12 years. After 12 years of service, She retired from Southaven Elementary School in 2017. She enjoyed reading Christian books and novels, writing, singing, spending time with family, and educating. Denise met Donald Clements in 1978. They were married on 07/14/1979 in Southaven, MS. They divorced, but remarried on April 10, 1993. Together they raised 2 children: Brian Clements and Claire Tucker.
Denise is survived by Donald Clements, husband, Brian Clements, son, and his wife Courtney and their four children Emily, Elijah, Emmett, and Eric, Claire Tucker, daughter, and her husband Matthew and their three children Elayna, Collin, and Adalynn, Janet Ashmore and Patricia Purvis, sisters, and her brother Micheal Daniels.
She was preceded in death by her brother Turner Lee Daniels, Jr., father Turner Lee Daniels, Sr., and her mother Sylvia Boring Daniels.
